Terms and Conditions

Delivery Information

All warehouses make deliveries daily. Please call for your delivery schedule. All orders under $50.00 will be charged a $5.00 delivery fee. Orders over $50.00 are delivered free.

Orders that have to be redelivered because no one is at delivery location or no one is at location to pay for the parts will be charged a $5.00 re-delivery fee.

To insure next day delivery we must have your order by 4:00 pm the day before. 

 

Pricing Information

All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Please call to confirm pricing and availability before giving an estimate.

Terms of Payment

Net cash, company check, VISA or MASTERCARD upon receipt of merchandise. Open accounts are due and payable by the 10th of the following month. A 1.5% interest charge per month will be applied to all unpaid balances. Accounts not paid by the 20th of each month will be put on a cash basis until the account is brought up to date, and the account will only be put back on as a charge at the discretion of Robert's Wholesale Body Parts.

Returns of Merchandise

All returns must be called in for authorization before any merchandise is returned. To insure prompt handling of your refund or credit, the customer must provide the invoice number, date, and parts in question. We do not provide invoice information and will not accept returns without prior authorization.

A 15% restocking fee will be deducted on all returns. This will not apply to errors made by Roberts Wholesale Body Parts. No credit will be issued for parts over 30 days old or parts that have been painted or altered in any form. Our drivers are instructed to have merchandise inspected and invoice signed for by the receiving customer verifying that all pieces were received in good condition.

Damage on Shipped Merchandise

Due to handling and transportation all damage claims must be made with the driver at the time of delivery. Roberts Wholesale Body Parts will not discount or exchange once the driver has left your business.
